SummitPeak Risk Advisory provides independent risk, audit and compliance advisory services to NDIS registered providers across Australia.
We work with NDIS providers to strengthen audit readiness, identify compliance gaps, implement corrective actions, and build robust risk management frameworks aligned with current and evolving NDIS Practice Standards.
Our services are designed to support providers preparing for certification, re-certification, or addressing audit findings with hands-on implementation support. We bring a structured, evidence-based approach that helps you understand what auditors expect and how to demonstrate compliance effectively.
Unlike certification auditors, we provide advisory support only—offering objective assessment, practical recommendations, and coaching to help your team prepare with confidence.

The principles that guide every engagement and recommendation we make.
We provide objective, unbiased advice free from conflicts of interest. Our independence ensures you receive honest assessments and practical recommendations.
Honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct underpin everything we do. We tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear.
Our recommendations are realistic, achievable, and tailored to your provider context. No generic templates—only solutions that work for your business.
Controls and processes should match your size, scope, and risk profile. We help you build frameworks that are fit-for-purpose, not over-engineered.
At the core of NDIS compliance is participant safety and quality of care. Every recommendation we make prioritizes the wellbeing of the people you support.
We don't just tell you what to fix—we help you understand why it matters and how to sustain compliance over time.
Important Information About Our Services
SummitPeak Risk Advisory is not an approved NDIS Quality Auditor. We do not conduct NDIS certification, recertification, or mid-term audits.
All NDIS audits are conducted by quality auditors approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Our role is to provide independent advisory support to help you prepare for those audits.
We do not act as certification auditors and do not guarantee audit outcomes. Audit results, registration decisions, and compliance determinations are made solely by approved NDIS auditors and the NDIS Commission.
What this means for you: You receive objective, conflict-free advice focused entirely on helping you succeed—without the constraints that would apply if we were also your certification auditor.
